About Us

Aditi Loveridge

Aditi Loveridge is the Founder and CEO of the registered charity, Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Centre. She is also the co-founder of Seeds of Growth, Grief Education Inc., an ICF-accredited coaching program and Board Co-Chair of Skipping Stones Foundation, a registered charity empowering trans and gender-diverse youth and adults.

Through her work, Aditi has supported thousands of families on their reproductive paths. As an expert in the field, Aditi has been asked to speak on countless podcasts, and radio and television spots and has advocated for systemic and social change at the government level.

Aditi’s fierce dedication to intersectional restorative social justice and equality for all has made her a trailblazer within the bereavement community. In 2023 Aditi was given the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal in recognition of her outstanding service.

Aditi was also recognized as a finalist for the RBC Women Entrepreneur Social Change–National Impact Award, celebrating her as an exceptional leader of a registered charity, dedicated to her unique brand of social change, at a national level.

Carol Vickers

Carol Vickers (she/her) is a coach, partner, mother and grandmother. She is grateful to live, work and play on the unceded land of the Lək̓ʷəŋən people known as the Esquimalt, Songhees and WSÁNEĆ First Nations.
Carol understands the impact of connecting in deep relationships.

Carol has an advanced diploma in HR Management and holds a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Royal Roads.

Carol completed professional coach training in 2007, certification as an Appreciative Inquiry Coach in 2015 and holds the designation of MCC with the ICF.

Danyelle Kaluski

Danyelle Kaluski (she/her), co founder/Director of Operations of the registered charity, Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Centre. Danyelle is also the co-founder of Seeds of Growth, Grief Education Inc. Danyelle has over 20 years of non-profit  and charity work.

Through the loss of her second daughter, Emelina in 2012, at 38 weeks, Danyelle has been active in normalizing the journey of loss, grieving and life after loss for the past 12 years. 

Since its foundation in 2018, Danyelle has co-led the Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Centre’s to continued growth year after year with the most recent year seeing a 210% growth rate. Danyelle has secured $1 million+ in funding efforts and grants with her business partner Aditi Loveridge. In a few short years the charity that Danyelle co-founded has quickly became a leading organization in best practices of equitable bereavement support.
